Sometimes you just need to talk to someone. Having been there, I understand how difficult it is to overcome the guilt and embarassment surrounding addiction.

I will be celebrating  22 years of continuous sobriety in November, and, no, life has not been a "bowl of cherries". There have been ups and downs, all through which I have been able to learn something of value, with the help of others.
